    Default No fuel at carb

Hi, I have a 2006 outback with carb, 43hrs. I hope my promblem is fuel filter as its not getting gas up to carb. My questions are, size of filter?,what would be fair price of fuel pump?where are fuses located as for fuel pump?
    love that Moomba, Thank you.

Filter size is 3/8 inlets I use Wix #33033 and keep 2 with 1 always in the
boat toolbox. Are you getting 12volts at the pump? A 12volt tester is great
to have and simple. If you try to start the boat do you hear the pump
run or not? If you hear it run then it probably is not the pump. Located
on the back of the engine is a oil pressure sensor switch which provides
power to the pump after the motor is running I had one of these go bad.
Tip-the pump receives power from the ignition directly at start up and this when you release the key. Lastly it could be Vapor lock oh I hate saying that . Are you using end of last years gas and was it hot out?
The only way to check this is look at gas connections at and upstream from the pump. If you are not absolutely fanatical about connections do not do this these connections can not be damaged or leaking when reconnected as these are the main feeds to the motor. Take it to you dealer. If there is no gas beyond the pump then it is vapor locked. Back to Old school hotrod fuel line priming 101.
