Where to locate ballast pump

Hi

Im going to install a Jabsco Reversible pump on my Mobius DD and the Jabsco pump is not sumersible so I will like to know where do you think it will be the best location for the pump and valves, I guess that some one has done something like this and I will apreciate a lot if you can help me out.

Usually there shouldn't be anymore than a couple inches of water in the bilge, so I would think an inch or so above the bilge pump should be satisfactory. You have to remember, @ wakebording speeds the bow is up which means any standing water down there runs to the stern.
