And since I have already been drilling away, I may try one more thing on the board racks…. The Moombas have two positions for the board racks, outside the boat and then inside the boat while the Supras (and others) have a third ‘middle’ position…. That middle position allows for the racks to be more ‘parallel’ to the boat, and less in the way in this neutral position (assuming there are no boards in them)…. Will only require one hole to be drilled on the bottom of the bracket (circled in red below)

I’ve probably confused the heck out of everyone with that description…

That is why I used blue loctite on my racks when I installed them lol. But hey, you got it done and ready for the Tritons! I also agree with the others in the lower channel is the biggest culprit in letting the panels flex out of the channel. Beefing up the panels I’m sure helps but while you’re at it I’d go ahead and beef up the track.

We are headed back home tomorrow and it’s been a great vacation. This is one of our favorite coves to anchor and chill.

The old school pin pull swivel racks has 3 positions like the Supras. The mag swivels like you have only have the 2 positions but not sure if just drilling a hole will allow this. If the pin just drops in then you should be able to jist drill and go. If it doesn't work it's a $250 mistake, just giving you a heads up.

Hope you were able to get some AM riding. Love the vacay days of riding first thing in the AM, heading back for breakfast, packing the cooler for the afternoon, and spending the rest of the day hanging on the lake.

Let me know how the new hole in the board rack swivel works out. It would be nice for them to be straight back when cruising without boards.
