Wakeforwarriors has been doing this for US military personnel for a while now. I am an adaptive water sports coach as is my wife. We host a couple of adaptive clinics each summer at our lake.

there should be more. pre-covid I know there were a lot of stuff around the country to host kids for a day on the water. wake the world iirc.
