RPM changes Mobius XLV 2004

Reg. Moomba Mobius XLV 2004. TBI engine. I have problem with RPM changes in neutral position of Trottle. After riding and moving trottle in neutral position I have RPM may be from 1100 till 2000. If stop engine and start again i will have normal RPM. I havnt local GM or Indmar service.
Are there any ideas?

Do you have Perfect Pass? It sounds like the servo cable is to tight, and when the engine is turned off, the servo goes to reset and your idle is okay. Also, check to see that your linkage is adjusted properly. Brian Raymond
