I use a Simplicity Broadmoor riding mower- it has the full length roller in back to give the stripping look.

Spring time always looks the best and I have a bit of an obsession with my lawn..haha

Man you need to install turf in that spot! Put it down and never worry about it again! Maybe an occasional blower.

Man that lawn looks incredible! The snow has finally melted in our yard and my lawn looks like crap.

You ever had frass and dogs...
Our prior house did and every time it rained the back yard smelled like dog piss....

15 minutes with the electric mower and done.
Wont ever look as nice as brads tho.... that lawn is amazing. Tough to find that kind of real estate here for under a mil.
