Underfloor ballast ? 2015 mondo surf edition

I want to replace my ballast lines under my floor. Each time we surf there is water in the bilge. I have had to replace several ballast lines I can see due to leaks. Any insight would be much appreciated.

I would think that pulling the floor and fuel tank would make it easier to access the lines running to the bow bag and the center tank. My mondo is a 16. Have been lucky not to see hardly any water in the bilge. Take pics and document it for the rest of us!
