Pitch is inches traveled in 1 revolution. The smaller the number the more torque.
What do you think that would run my rpm at surf speed?

You are running so heavy...I would think 3500 easy.

Going from a 14.25 to a 12 Would effectively raise my rpm 20% or so. Am understanding that correct?
Similar to gearing in a truck.

I had a 1617 (14 x 13.75) and I struggled to get to speed (up to 5600 lbs. of added weight at times), I called ACME and Braden Miller suggested a 2937 (15 x 11) which is a night and day difference. The 2937 gets up to speed easily.

Checked my buddies 18 SA today. 2775 acme. 15x12.5
    I’m torn between a 15x13 and 15x12
The 1235 does fine with 4-5 people in the boat and no additional weight over what I have. It surfs fine, it surfs very well actually.
We ran today at 11.1 surf.
But I’d like to run an additional 500lb up front, and possibly even another 500lb in front of the rear seat and see what I can get when I really sink her.
15x13 would probably do the trick. My other friend has a 19 t22 with the 409 and runs 3500lb of ballast with 7-8 people with the acme 2773 15x13. It’s very peppy.

If you are torn between a 15x13 and 15x12, then the ACME 2775 is perfect at 15x12.5

I ran the 2775 on my 18SA 400 with 1.5 trans and loved it. Pulled hard and got 38mph top end.

    Surf RPM was 3600-3700 range

Wakemakers is out of stock on the 2775, and it’s $100 more expensive than the 15x12 OJ 1997.
Is there really that much difference in the .5 pitch? I guess I’d rather be over propped than under.

The 1235 does fine unless I want to add any more weight. Where I’m at now with everything full is about the end of the road for the 1235.

I’d say my 1300s fill probably 1000 on each side.
    600 mid ship.
    500 lead
Roughly 1000lb in batteries and subs including my 12v batteries.
Plus I have 2 540lb bags id like to fill.

Probably around 5k lb of added weight plus crew. We usually only have 4-5 people.

Sink her down the best we can and run it for a few more seasons. Then we’ll probably end up in an SE or G23 I assume.

Can you fit a 15" prop on a 2014 Mojo 2.5? ACME website prop selector for my boat shows 2079 to be the most aggressive its s 14.5x12 I think my factory prop is a 14. Would a 15 give you a bigger wave, or just helps get people up when fully weighted?
