went out last night to do some spot checks on our freezer builds for our customers. I pick and pack orders for c-stores. sitting at the 711 on sierra vista waiting for the driver to get there to audit and something hit the front of my truck. I figured some clown kid tossed a rock. got out and looked and while I was walking around the truck the clerk from the c-store came out and said shots fired. I said really and he said ya. I jumped in the truck and made a beeline out of there.

happened right across the street from the 711 I was sitting at. was the only car in the lot.

just finished at metro getting my trucks mug shot taken with the damage. it's not much but they want it to build a case against the guys if they catch.. guess is now they know a shot hit in the parking lot and they are likely back looking for slugs.

sad thing is 2ft back and 2ft higher would have put it right through my passenger window as I sat in the truck with the ac on listening to the radio.

Man yeah! That is crazy, but just goes to show you never know what can happen for no reason in life. Really glad you didn't get hurt!
