I just bought a 2017 supra sa400 and I can not blue tooth my phone to the radio because its full. How do I erase all old phones so I can Bluetooth my phone to the radio?

I recall there was an “X” next to each phone connection you can select to delete them.

I have the exact same issue. Pressing the “x” doesn’t erase the phones stored in the memory…

I am pretty sure you have to flash (reset) the system once all Bluetooth device slots are full. Some dealers have this on a usb drive they will give you. Others may ask you to bring it in. Fast fix but annoying.

I swear on my 18 you could delete them, maybe the key is you can’t when they are full?
