The white sand beaches on our lake are really nice and thanks for the positive comments on the video. Im always driving and looking at him through a mirror and i can never get it right if he's riding normal or switch. Looking at it though we need to get a switch toeside 180 in there .

In October we will have been on this lake for 5 years. We're in the water almost everyday and in 5 years we have seen 3 gators and they were all under 2 feet long. Our lake is really clear and supposedly they like murky water. Being in Florida there is always a chance of gators in fresh water or sharks in saltwater.

We have gators in our lake for sure. I have even had some swim by our dock in the early morning hours. Had a baby laying out on our sea wall one day. They all run away when people and boats come around. Trust me they don't want anything to do with people!

Just a baby. Funny part is I put an old log on the seawall that looked like a gator from my house. Tried to fool my wife, but she didn't buy it. When we walked down to the dock, danged it there wasn't a real one laying next to the log! Crazy!

That awesome. How old is he? My son is 6 and I still can't get him to try to wakeboard, all he likes to do is surf with me, nothing on his own. He is on a swim team this summer so maybe that will boost his conifidense in the water.
As far as gators go, in the Houston area we see the. We were surfing on the Trinity river a few years back and passed 3 10+ footers all on the bank within a couple hundred yards. Every once in a while if you get outside in the morning you will catch one swimming by the boat house but once the boats make it out and there are people they all disappear. Never heard of anyone being bothered by one on our lakes.David
