Got my son into a lesson and it really improved his confidence and willingness to try things we've been asking him to do since last summer.

Took the Makai out today. Weather was great. Water was 78, a little chilly, but good. Kids surfed and wake boarded. Man was the boat dusty! Covers are over rated! LOL!

In the boat dock of life that red makai stands out as it should. You barely notice the of white boats in the background.

Yeah. That is at the dock of a little marina restaurant we rode down to for lunch at the state park. Also saw a really pretty Orange and Black SL450 on the lake today as well. First time I have seen it. They were cruising really slow taking it easy. I assume it is brand new. Looked it. Gonna have to figure out who they are.

I can't believe it is May and this is the first time to have the boat on the water this year. Rained on us but we got a few sets in and got to try out the new boards.

That’s awesome!! I’d use that first pic as a teaching point to remind him to keep that rope low around his hips. He could land and get pulled out the front or catch the front edge.

Every jump the instructor was working on getting his hands down. By the end, he was doing a good job keeping it low.

That is awesome!! I am sure we all wish we would have had some sort of actual wakeboarding lessons at that age.
