    Default Heater installation 2020 Mojo

Since the end of summer is near us and my wife gets cold easily it’s time to install the heater.
I just ordered the kit https://www.bakesonline.com/heater-c...eater-kit.html
Now the challenge is going to be installation.
Im planning on mimicking the manufacturer set up including yawing hash switches.

Does anyone here have a cooling system diagram for the raptor engine? Or if you have a heater would you mind taking pictures to show where the supply and return is?
Also which switch on the dash is dedicated to the heater?

I have a 2020 with the factory heater. I will take some pics and send them off to you.

When you open the engine hatch the heater lines will be on the back right if you're standing in the boat. There will be a little loop of heater hose, you'll remove that and then run your supply and return.

You will also need a circulation pump for the raptor motor:

Thank you. Very much appreciated. I will try to document the entire install for anyone else to use.

Thank you for the info. Can you tell me why would I need recirculating pump? Is it to improve the flow?

The raptor motors don't have enough coolant flow through that circuit at low rpm without the pump, all of the factory installs have a circ pump.
Without it your heater will only be useful at higher rpm

I just got a quote from Bakes.com. For the pump, 2 fittings and 1 harness…$405. That’s on top of $550 for the kit.
If it wasn’t for my wife I would choose cold. Lol

That’s a really decent price considering that is close to the heater option price from SC.

I should have it all this Wednesday so this will be a busy weekend. Lol

What’s really funny is that if you flip the tag for ACC switch is actually labeled Heater.

Stay tuned for pics and install video.
