2021 Supra Capt seat recall.
Just got a recall notice for the captains seat swivel mechanism may loosen and wobble. They recommend you wear the lanyard in case the seat separates.
Repair kits being sent to dealers.

Read about someone else talking about SC helping them with a “seat issue” and it becoming loose.

Sounds like a real possibility that the chair base can separate…..hence the suggestion to wear tether as you go ass over tea kettle.
Sounds like a repair kit versus a new seat base.
Locking nut/bolt kit perhaps.
