How to reattach gator step to swim deck

I have a 2008 Mobius and the material on the swim deck needs reattaching. Not sure if it is gator step or some other product. The material seems good, it is just completely coming up. Any help would be appreciated.

I would use contact cement.

Nope. Hardware store brand. Make sure both surfaces are clean. I used a little Acetone when I put my new pad on to clean everything.
