Here are a couple video screen shots to see a bit more. Just my wife and daughter in the boat with only the Wakemakers bags in the rear. Going to try some more weight on the bow next time.

I ordered the vent kit but it looks like it is not the correct one. It says it's for a 2002-2008 and has black 3/4 tubing. Will this still work? Does it just T into the overflow tube?

Without seeing what parts you have it's hard to say. But, on the size I would not think 3/4 tubing vs 1" will really matter since that would be plenty to vent air out of the bag if that is the type kit you are referring too.
