An evening of adult beverage night surfing CAN (up to warden) result in your boat and truck being seized.
Not really worth it IMO.
Not to this extent but I already have a bad taste for authority. Game Wardens are attracted to yellow wakeboats like hummingbirds to red flowers....ask me how I know
