Central Florida Lakes

i have been wakeboarding for years in the st johns river and want to branch out with our new Moomba boat to some cool lakes in the central Florida area. anyone recommend a good lake for young kids that want to learn to wakeboard? i was thinking maybe the butler chain or something on the east side of Orlando. we live in the cocoa area.

any comments would be appreciated.

PS i went to lake Toho down in Kissimmee the other day and the hydrilla was crazy. def not going back to that lake.

Maybe Crescent Lake? I have never been in it, but passed by a few times.
