I wouldn't ever sell to family. for me and know it's as-is, I'd feel guilty if something happened in the first year. I have had a long fast rule to never sell motorized things to people I know.
easier in the long run- all my .02.

the hours will be a turnoff for some. that's a bit more than what most will typically encounter on boats for sale but start at 42 and the market will dictate whether or not you are low, high or spot on. if no activity in the first week I'd drop price. anything under 50k still sitting after a few weeks is either trashed or overpriced. that will be your gauge. onlyinboards and you will have a flood of calls.
the only downsides to that boat imo are the color and a hull that is a wakeboarding BEAST but not the best surf hull back in that day. we had same color orange supra on our '06 and in '12, it was a bear to dump. it's a love/hate color.

lots of people jones-ing to buy ANYTHING so capitalize on the frenzy while it lasts.
