Can anyone identify this?

I meant to post this a long time ago, but forgot. I found this laying under the seat in the front passenger side compartment. It's definitely a divider or bulkhead of some sort, but for the life of me I cannot figure out where it went/goes. I discovered it after getting the boat home from the dealership. I called and they were not sure what I was talking about. I figured that I would be able to see where it fit, but no luck. Probably so simple or obvious I am overlooking it.

Is this on a new boat that just came from the factory or did you have it in the shop for repairs?

Looks like a flux capacitor to me.

It's on a 2021 Makai. Brand new. I was trying to make it fit somewhere the wet sounds amps or subwoofer is at. Thinking they took it off to mount them, but just can't seem to make it work out.
And it doesn't have enough wiring on it to generate the needed 1.21 "jigawatts", so it can't be a flux capacitor.

I wonder if it's some template that they use at the factory to mark or cut something and they left it in your boat!

I don't think it's a template. It has the push rivets/pins in it like it's a divider panel or cover for something. I am going to look under the helm real good like dakota4ce mentioned. That's where the subwoofer box is mounted too. I am thinking maybe it had to come out for that. I looked there briefly before, but didn't see any place that the push pins looked like they would have mated up. Now I am wondering if it's mounted horizontally above my knees in the helm. Nothing appears to be missing that I remember.

The slot looks like the same size as a DIN radio. The groove looks like it slides into another panel. Perhaps a faux/beauty wall under the helm where the back of the back of the radio is?

I'm gonna play with it some more this weekend and see. Anyone out there with another Moomba have anything similar anywhere on their boat. The helms on them are all pretty close to the same. 21 year model, but I bet 19 and up are almost identical.

The back of the helm is wide open on my '19 so I doubt it is from there. I had to access it to get to my USB to update my system so I spent a lot of time under there lol.
