I have a Tige 22v and changed prop for surfing but still wanted to ski at 32mph. Went with a 1617 14" x 13.75" and am very happy and comfortable sking at 32mph.
The difference over stock was amazing for surfing.
If you feel comfortable going to 15" dia for hull clearance, I'd definitely go there and think you would still be happy skiing with a 13-14 pitch.
I'm going drop pitch again this summer as the surf difference was so pronounced and just going to ski with other options if it's a problem.

I had the same boat running almost the same exact setup for ballast. I ran both the 1235 and the OJ 945. The 1235 did great until it had a boat full and wanted to wakeboard full ballast would still do it but struggled til on plane. The 945 I could with no issue. Both did great heavy surfing. The 1235 had better empty cruising speed, but the 945 isn't far behind, but it is noticeable. I would recommend making a trip down to Knoxville to check out the local Supra Moomba dealer then another 20 minutes to the OJ factory for a 945. The 950 is the same prop as the 945 but has more cup. It was designed for a brand that has having clearance issues, you don't need it. Message me for any surf setup help, had mine for 3 years and had it pretty well dialed in.

All,
Thanks for the feedback.
Sounds like 15x13 is the sweet spot for a 3 sport setup.
Is cup going to do anything for me?

Acme 2773 15x13 cup 0.105
KnoxSupra,
That sounds like a good trip. Maybe run it by the wife and make a long weekend out of it since covid restrictions are getting lifted. I'll be cruising on Norris in July but that is jist for lake life and beer drinking. Thanks for the offer on the surf setup. I'll take you up on it once I see where I'm at.2015 Moomba Mojo Surf Edition

Anytime!
The way it was explained to me for cup was the more it is cupped, the smaller the prop diameter actually is. Think of it like a dog ear, when standing straight up is 0, then as it folds over, that is cup. The ear is the same length, but in effect is smaller. so a 15" with more cup would react like a smaller prop. For what it's worth, I have ran the 945 and 2773 in the same weekend, sold the 2773. It felt more twitchy, not as smooth and the revs were slightly higher. Can't remember exact, wasn't major or anything. On my SA i now run the OJ 15x12.5 with the 945 as my spare. The 1235 didn't have the grunt for the extra weight of the SA over the Mojo.2018 Supra SA400 aka The Ron Burgandy

Back at this thought process again. Driving myself crazy.
Have a email into OJ Props about going with the V3 945 (15x13 cup .120) or the new V4 1951 (15x14 cup .120).
Seeing how everyone loves the Acme 1235 (this will be my backup), it appears OJ 1951 would give the drivability and flexibility I am after yet still not struggle under full load being pitched slightly different and being slightly larger.
Waiting to hear back and then pull the trigger on 1 of them.
Thanks for everyone's opinions.2015 Moomba Mojo Surf Edition

I have a 2018 Moomba MAX with the 400 engine. I added 500lb midship bags and a 500lb piggyback nose bag. My old OJ 945 prop worked well but would struggle to get up to surf speed with a big crew on board. As recommended by the OJ tech line, I just switched to the newly released OJ 1919 V4 prop and it really helped get to surf speed. I couldn't do a real high speed MPH run this weekend due to super rough water but I raced by buddy in his Mojo and we seemed to run the same as the old 945 did. The 1919 is listed as 15 X 13 LH MF CUP 1 1/8" 4B WAKEPRO V-4
