Default You think Supra will develop a model bigger than the SE?

Not that I would be in the market or interested, but just kind of curious what you SC experts think. It just seems like boats are getting bigger and bigger and the competition is as fierce as ever. The SE or Ri247 is my dream boat if I'm ever that lucky, but at 24'5" the SL doesn't seem to compete size wise, on paper, with the following products from other premium towboat manufacturers..

    Mastercraft has the X26
    Centurion has the the Ri265
    Malibu has the LSV25
    Nautique has the G25/G25 Paragon
    Tige has the 25ZX..

In a world where some just have to have the biggest and baddest on the water (practicality be damned), do you guys think that SC will introduce a new model or potentially stretch the SE so that it enters the >25' category?

    Any opinions?

Not a SC expert, but it only makes sense that they do. Once you own a SE and want to upgrade you have no choice but to change brands. We learned to surf on a G25. Not trying to turn this into a comparison, but those big 25-26 foot boats create mountains more of push than what I see the guys with Supras on our lake do.
Also, as this sport becomes more and more popular, boaters getting into it who owned bigger Regular boats are more likely looking for comfort and would buy one more likely than a smaller model.
Lastly, a 20ft Malibu is $149k these days. $200k doesn't seem like a bad deal for big boat. I can't believe I just said it LOL.

26’ is a huge wake boat, definitely a niche size.

I don’t think my dealer sold one SE this season, so perhaps a regional boat size.

Yep, that was in Florida. Most common size on our lake (300 acres) is 22-23ft.

Interesting. I see quite a few now. Of course, Utah is a niche state.

That is interesting and could be very true. My dealer down here moves SEs no problem and most of them with the 550.
