Tower pads
There are some rubber pads in between the wake board tower, and the the fiberglass. One of the pads has split at the top and has since been tearing and is almost out completely. Any suggestions on replacement pads? Pics attached. Thanks in advance.

I used this stuff from an aircraft shop. I’ve got a sheet of it. It’s been on the boat for three years and hasn’t moved. I think the original stuff gets hard and splits when it vibrates.

I would even think a flooring shop might have a sample piece of 1/4"-3/8" thick rubber gym flooring you could get that may work.
