Default Oil service indmar 6.0 LY6

    Edit: L96, not LY6

Not to beat a dead horse, or build a better mouse trap, but-
Looking for a filter alternative for the indmar 872024.
This engine is obviously a gm 6.0 of which I am very familiar with. The indmar filter cross references of course in this case to a PF48 ac delco filter which is run on many gm models including the 5.3 and 6.0 variants.
The thing is, that filter is tiny and I have in the past as well as many others ran a PF63, which is just a larger PF48.
Napa gold crosses the PF63 with 7502.

Anyone else done this with a GM marine engine? Any different oil pump volumes or something to be conferred with?

An AC Delco 1218 would probably work. I have the Assault 325. GM Vortec 350. That's the filter I use. I would take your oil filter in and compare
