If I had to drive over 35mph I would fold the Bimini, however from our storage to the ramp it’s 30 all the way... so unless I’m going somewhere (or a storm is coming in) I rarely fold it.
I say storm because trying to trailer with it up is like having a sail.

My Outback will run just about 50mph. I've done 50 and not a problem. I tow the boat home at 50 for about 3 miles. My boat is an '05 and its the original Bimini top.
