Winterizing G6 Subfloor ballast

Anyone have any great ideas on winterizing the ballast on a '20SA?

I'm thinking jack it up and run it on the hose so I can run the ballast pumps (there should really be a way around this)
run them on empty until they are all empty and then run them for 10-15 seconds on fill to empty the pumps. Maybe dump a little antifreeze in the overflows.

On my last boat I just pulled the covers to drain the pumps but don't really want to do that to 6 pumps mounted under the floor.

The pumps should be oriented so they gravity drain. If hoses are mostly empty, the pump will be empty.
