    Default 2006 lsv fuel leak

I Have a 2006 LSV with a fuel leak that was found during winterization. It appears to be where the tank filler and vents connect to the tank, there is a hole in the tank filler at this junction. How difficult is it to replace the tank or repair the rotocast tank?

I removed the gas tank on my 07 LSV and it wasn't too hard. Just had to remove the 4 screws that hold each metal floor board down. Then move the wiring/steering cable out of the way (they sit on top of the gas tank), disconnect the gas hoses, and it just lifts out. Mine was not bolted in at all. Just get all the gas out you can beforehand.

The leak appears to be on the vent connection, there are 2 small holes on either side of the vent tube. Temp fix was to move the hose lower and clamp below the damaged part. Exploring options to either repair or replace the tank. Where did you order a tank?IMG_9786.jpg
