Get a simple one like @Larry mentioned above. You can buy a single lock for the pin and you are all set.

Your dealer can help you get the correct measurements for the trailer tongue height to match your receiver height with a little sag as the trailer gets hooked up.

i have 7 different trailers i tow so 2 years ago i bought the anderson aluminum hitch so i can adjust since each trailer sits different on my tahoe. i would suggest this one if you want something you can use for years. The 2" ball will tow up to 8000 lbs and the 2-5/16 12,000...

if you are only pulling your boat then the adjustability isn't needed, but it always nice to have just in case.

I have the same. Love the adjustability. My driveway is on an incline so depending on how I park, the hitch height may vary, also, the shocks height sometimes changes a bit, occasionally I have to adjust the hitch accordingly. Well worth the extra money IMHO.

I got the BW tow and stow. Tried to go with the fixed mount but none of them had enough rise with the proper weight rating. The BW has plenty of rise or drop to accommodate a variety of different trailers and and the 2" ball is rated to 7500 lb and the 2 5/16 is 10,000 lbs. Best part is when you're not towing, the balls flip around under the truck so you don't bash you shins on them. https://www.amazon.com/Trailer-Hitch...ps%2C-1&sr=8-5

I bought the Weigh Safe 4 years ago and love it. It flips around when you are not towing so your hitch isnt sticking out.

I assume you guys who leave the draw bars in full time have pin locks?

They would get stolen here in TX as well, but yes pin locks are a must.

Yes, picked up the pin lock same day bought the hitch. Locks are cheap protection against theft for a 180$ hitch that is very easy to remove.

Pin lock used here as well. Its also just safer i feel than a snap ring keeping the pin in.
