    I hadn't really given it much thought, it would be pretty tough to hit it I think but I can add a small chamfer to break the edge

    Yep that's another option, messes up the nice pretty finish though as I don't have one dedicated to aluminum. It would be fine for pre-powder but not for raw

    Even a deburring tool is good, the rope shouldn’t get much inside edge loading. It’s not like newbs are doing slalom from the side hooks.

    I've been overruled by wife. She does not want white. The tower is .Black with red accent. She wants black or red. Do u have a red that'll match? I'll DM you

    Probably 30 min for a set start to finish
    Most of the time is in the design and cad/cam, fixturing etc
