    Default Trouble removing Alternator

Has anyone experienced problems getting the bushing out of the bolt which allows for adjustment of belt tension? All bolts and electrical are disconnected but that bushing seems seized!!

Yes, I had the same problem when trying to change the belt on mine. I had to soak it overnight with some liquid wrench and then I took a brass punch and hammer and tapped the head of the bolt a few times. It finally broke loose and when I remove it, it was heavily oxidized. I put some anti-seize on it when I re-assembled.
