Weird ballast issue

I've got a 2020 Helix. This is my first boat with ballast so I'm a little green with these things. My port side bag will fill about 1/3 of the way and then the readout on the display will jump to 100% full and the pump turns off. When I try to continue to fill, it won't. The other 2 pumps work fine. I'm guessing it's a sensor problem? Has anyone had issues like this?

You may need to just reset your timers. When your filling and the pump kicks off, flip to the switch to fill again and let it fill up. Then in the settings menu select ballast full and should reset it. Also make sure your timer is correct and not set on something like 3 minutes.

If that doesnt work, are you using autowake?

If so, try filling without autowake on so you can at least narrow it down to a timer/setting issue and not autowake turning it off.

I increased the timers....same result. I'll try and reset the ballast and the autowake. Thanks

So I reset the ballast timers and that seemed to fix everything
