Well I had it load tested today and it's due for replacement but shouldnt be the issue. 12.74 volts and 560 cca. It does recommend replacement but ahouldnt be why after running it I get zero ticks or clicks. I'm going to clean all my connections, jump start it and run it to see the alternator voltage unless anyone has another idea? This is stumping me for sure. Thanks for all the feedback!

A 12.74V battery should not need any assistance starting an engine. If it does, you have a cable or starter issue.

Well thanks for everyone's help. So even though all the cables look very clean I put the battery back in and tested each point it ran to. Had voltage at the engine but not at the dash. Took the two cables off the fuse block down by the battery and cleaned with a wire brush and issues went away. Felt like an idiot but it all started after my alternator belt went out so it had me stumped.
