    Default Acme 1433 Prop

I’m thinking of getting a new prop. I wakeboard and surf. We surf with with 2600 pounds of ballast weight In my 2013 LSV and run at about 3800 Rpms. I’d like to get that down and maybe get better gas mileage. Wakermakers chart says acme 1433. Thoughts or suggestions?

I have an ‘07 LSV and changed props a few years ago. I was debating between the 1433 and 1617. The best advice I got on the forum was to call JT at Nettle props. After talking to him, he suggested the 1847. The 1847 is identical to the 1433 except it has a little more cup. It still gives you the punch at low speeds and out of the hole but the added cup gives me just a little more top end for skiing, pulling tubes etc. My advice, call JT and let him tell you what prop to put on your boat based on what you do. Plus, he told me to send it back if I didn’t like it and he would put me in a different prop.

i have the 1433 on my lsv. I am at altitude and have a lot of ballast and it works awesome. Also do a lot of skiing and have plenty of speed for that.
