    Default Steering wheel loose?

Hey guys, got a question, I have '98 mobius tilt wheel, I suppose standard on most moombas, the wheel has a some play up & down when you push up/dwn on it, like something is loose inside. Do you know if it is something that is probally worn bad or just something that needs tightening in it? Thought some of yall may of had this b-4 and give me some instruction on repair. thanks, bob

I know this is an old thread but i am bringing it back up because i am having the same problem. The steering wheel has a lot of play in moving up and down and side to side. Is this something internal that needs to be replaced or something just need tightening.

I pulled the cap off and the boot the other day while sitting out on the lake with kids swimming and mom sunning, didn't have the wrench to pull wheel off but as I investigate further will keep you posted, have a super Sunday, bob

it appears to be the where the ball and socket is on the tilt. I think you can buy the replacement parts from skidim.com
