Fusion radio already acting up

New 2019 Helix only about 30 hours so far. Radio had no sound I have to pound the dash to get it to work, must be a bad connection already. Will have to call dealership hoping it will be a warranty fix and hoping they can find the loose connection don’t want to have to rely on pounding the dash each time.

On the sides of the radio head unit there are little trim plates covering dash screws. If you unscrew those and the two dash screws exposed you could get to the back of the head unit to check for loose wires. I know it’s under warranty but it may save you time and the trip to the dealer for who knows how long while it waits in line.
