Bilge pump switch not running the pump

Getting the boat out for the summer going through some things and i noticed that my bilge pump will not auto drain the water out of the bilge and also when i flip the switch to manual it will not turn on. When i turn the float switch by hand the pump turns on and pumps. The small red light comes on next to the bilge pump switch as well. Any idea why the switch wont function???

A couple other things the boat is a 16 Helix. And when i switch the bilge switch to Manuel the switch lights up, so that tells me it’s getting power
