    Default Rosewell Swivel Board Rack

Has anyone had any issues with swivel board racks locking into place? I was messing with it this weekend and I don’t think I’ve ever had them locked correctly. One moved on me this weekend and sparked me looking into further.

In these pictures, I think that black rubber stopper is too thick. When I remove it, the pin comes out further and really locks into place.

I’ve tightened the set screws as much as I can on the stopper, but am I ok with just removing it all together?

Yes, you really have to smash that thing. Once it locks in, it's nice and tight

I can’t slam it hard enough with that stopper in there to get it to lock tight.

We’ve had the same problem on both racks. The dealer fixed one last year, and now the other one has suddenly become very hard to lock. You really have to push hard to lock it. Wondering if there’s a way to adjust the swivel or the stopper? Does the locking pin get bent with use? Just doesn’t seem right to have to continually push on it that hard - can’t be good for it.
