Been doing a little garage boating slowly getting her ready for spring. I own a retail furniture store and had to lay off all 10 of my team members, and even though we are technically closed I’ve been working my butt off doing sales by appointment, responding to online inquiries, customer service emails, receiving/unloading furniture and loading customers by appointment. Hopefully I can have the boat water ready in a couple weeks.

Was a very nice afternoon especially since it’s going to drop back into the 40s this weekend. We kept our anchor distance which wasn’t as fun but worked. Water was still a little chilly but got a few runs in.

Little social distancing dinner. The restaurant staff got a kick outa it.

Did you buy 1/2" or 3/8"?

On the receiver piece (female) for the boat, is the bottom of that solid? If the pin is not attached, it does not have a cover, thus I assume water could enter the receiver piece - where does it go? I was reading where one of these companies made one that would drain into the boat (did not have anything on the bottom). The SC ones have a solid bottom, so the water could not go into the the boat. Nautique looks to have one where they have a piece on that pops up/down, acts like a cover.

RC Hinojosa - Looks like you got a case of the Corona... Looking forward to those temps and days on the water.
