Default Yellow Spots on Vinyl How To Clean??

So the boat has been sitting for a little under a month with the cover on. I took it off today to organize some things and noticed that there are yellow spots and runs where water has gotten in. I am assuming this is from pollen that has covered everything the last couple of weeks here in North Texas. I scrubbed it with microfiber and some soapy water and it gets rid of most of it, but you can still see a faint stain. What do you guys recommend to get this out? The boat is new so hoping it's fixable.

Sun. I used to get the same, clean it, let the sun hit it, will eventually disappear.

if not I have had great luck with malco cleaner. you HAVE to follow up with a uv such as 303 or babes afterwards but it has done wonders.
    it's kinda tough to locate.

I had a bad yellow stain on white vinyl with my previous boat. Wasn't from pollen or rain but rather some bug exploded it's guts when trailer without the cover to the lake. I used MaryKate Ultra Vinyl cleaner and it did a great job. Better than the vinyl sauce or whatever boat bling I tried.
