Octane booster is worthless. It will only add fractions of a point to the octane rating. People think that is adds whole points like going from 89 to 93, but it only goes from 89 to 89.4. It's a common misconception.

You need to drain all that by crusing or syphon it and run premium.

There are a few legit octane boosters that raise 3-5 full octane points reasonably....87-90 of even 92.

Torco Accelerator is one of them.

That one does seem legit. Looks like you’d need at least a full 32oz bottle to make a difference.

It’s $25 per 32oz, it’s about 85 cents per gallon to boost 87-92, but it’s cheap when you turn 93 to 98 as race gas is crazy expensive.
