SL garage clearance
This is for a 2020 SL. Guessing not much difference between 18, 19 and '20. Has anyone measured garage clearance if I were to unscrew the board racks. Just trying to see if it'll fit in a standard 8' garage if I were to unscrew the racks every time. I don't think its too much of a hassle. I believe the top of the windshield frame should be ok, but not sure if the uppermost edge of the folded tower would clear 8'. Anyone measure this?

SL garage clearance
I can speak for an 18SA and my understanding is the SA and SL are identical heights.....
Folded FX1 tower down racks on is 8’5”, racks off 7’11”
I have to pull racks to fit in my barn, one bolt each to remove, very easy.
The high point with racks removed are the top horizontal piece of the tower.
