2020 Supra SL450 JL Audio system adjustment help

hello all, was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. I sold my moomba craz with wetsounds and jl audio subs and purchased a 2020 sl450 with the upgraded jl audio system. The system sounds really clean but i was expecting more bass. i'm just not as impressed as i thought i would be. I wanted to adjust the system but noticed the amps are the new MV series which needs to be adjusted with a computer. Have any of you messed with it yet? i live 2 hours away from my dealer so im trying to avoid going back just for this.

Two subs and not enough bass? JL audio custom tuned the 2020’s at the factory too.

I know the SL only has 10” subs compared to SA and SE, but still should have plenty of bass.

i was talking to the dealer and he said he had one come in and one of the subs wasn't plugged in. I checked and they are both wired, however idk if its off on the program. Its got bass, but i guess i was used to my 2 10s i had in the craz, granted i had a 7 band eq and if the supra has it idk where its at.

Your Bluetooth source needs to be set flat or EQ off

You can go onto JL's site, download the DSP software and have at it.

I've been on a new 2020 SA, the factory stereo rocked, bass for days. Something seems off with yours. Play with your menus for audio and as Larry suggested, turn of any eq on your phone. Also try plugging your phone in, they most always sound better that way.

ill give it a try tomorrow and see, hopefully its something im missing.
