New 2007 outback

So i bought a new out back at our local boat show, my first direct drive boat hope i like it lol. Anyway where is the factory subwoofer located in a out back and where do they mount the factory amps??? Installing a sub and amp but i want it in factory location.

congrats on the boat, you will love it as we all do. As for the factory sub, they put it under the dash by your feet firing right at you. It's really not the best way to mount a sub. For the best sound it needs to be loaded as in firing at something solid. I have mine firing at the outer wall. The amps usually are mounted close to the battery up high in that compartment. Look in the general forum and someone posted a pic recently. I personally run 3 amps and I built a rack that stacks them on top of each other and has room under it for my extra battery and isolator. I will try to get pics today after I finish cleaning my boat.
