Ronix shaper cracked after 5 months

My less than 5 month old Ronix Eight.3 blade shaper cracked in multiple places this weekend. The bracket is broken where the arm connects to the blade and there are two cracked holes in the blade itself. No clue why it broke as it happened in normal use (3 people in boat and rear sacs at 50%).
Sent a message to Ronix but still waiting. Any similar experiences out there. Event if they willing to replace, not sure I want it if wont last even one season. Works great when not broken, but now I am stuck and out $400 until i get a replacement. (BTW, i tried to upload a picture, but not working for me).

I hope the take of you. They do on the wakeboards and bindings. Buy directly from them?

Ronix has an awesome customer service and warranty program. I’m sure they’ll take care of it for you. They were awesome for me when my Ronix One boots started coming apart after one season.
