We did have to do that while I was riding with only 2 people in the boat. So there was 1050 in the rear and 200 in the front. That for sure gave me my fav wave. I don't think anyone with a Makai has less than 1000 lb of lead in the back. But when my buddy was riding with only 2 of us in the boat he needed all but 50 lbs in the front to get the wave how he likes. It's fun moving weight around and watching the wave change. It's also cool to be able to understand how to use autowake to my advantage with having a small crew.

I ran 1200 in the back-ish of my Makai with Bagbusters and none in the bow, except for a 50# anchor.
