How are you guys starting the double riding? Short rope long rope? Do most of you start from the platform or the rope?

We use one long rope and one short rope. We both started in the water. It is harder than it looks for the person in the back because the person in front really changes the wave.

We do the same, one long and one short... but I’ve been using the foil and getting way outside to let the surfer do their thing.

that being said iirc RC is using toll, a semi custom builder. they do some modifications but trying to do a full on rv garage on a stock plan would be tough. here in vegas we couldn't get ANY production builder to extend the garage length by even an inch and full custom builders can't get access to any lots/land in a sub.
the only rv door houses we could afford are in a 55+ community(don't qualify). the rest are all starting in the mid500's and go up from there...
You are correct sir, we're using Toll Brothers.

Should be finished by mid January

I thought this was specificly a garage and not a full on home. That design is NICE.

Thank you sir, going for a very clean, modern asthetic.

1 story, 4 bed, 3.5 bath, formal dining, formal study, game/theater room and a big covered back patio with a 12ft sliding glass wall to open indoor/outdoor living space.

pic looks like they are moving along. as soon as it's closed up it'll seem to come to a standstill
woods behind look like you are on a nice lot.
having that street across from you will be money to get the boat in and out but I hope it's not a busy street. all the headlights at night will shine right at your pad. don't ask me how I know this...

We spent a ton of time agonizing over the lots and ingress/egress was a major consideration.

We are on the very edge of a corner Cul-de-Sac so it'll be easy to pull past and back in.

Definitely not a busy street, this section is off of the main thoroughfare.

This is the site plan, we're on Lot 5.

Same. Thought homeboy rolled so deep he bought the empty lot next door for a toy box.
