    Default Electrical fuel pump problem

I posted this on the Facebook group page but will duplicate here out if desperation. See below:

Ok same ol question... boat will crank but not start and no fuel pump noise from either pump.

Only thing different from Sunday when it last ran is I didn't plug into shore power to top off batteries.

All electronics work except perfect pass display. Very odd in my opinion...

Removed and reinserted kill lanyard. Can hear motor respond when it gets yanked.

    Ballast work both directions.

Cranks fine and fast, no start. Stops cranking when put into gear.

No 12v at HP fuel pump.

No 12v at fuel pump relay.

3 fuses (20A) above transmission are all good. No 12v there either.

    12v at starter connections

All breakers and fuses under dash are good.

12.6v on both batteries, when set to batt 1 it just clicks so I think that batt is shot but batt 2 cranks fine. Tested while in 1+2 batt mode.

Where should I look next? Under ECM plate is where all the wiring bundles are but what a pain to get to...

Charging tonight and will check in morning and see if fuel pump primes.

Of all times for Trayson to go on vacation...!

    Did you get this fixed?

What voltage did you have at the pump? Did you try to hook up a 12v battery directly to the pump (unplug main battery or fuel pump clip)?

Yes I did get it fixed. Bad kill lanyard that I finally jumpered out of the mix and a loose fuel pp connection at the water proof plug 6" from pump. Cut that out and connected direct. Good to go again!
