I tried that first. They wont sell direct.
So I tried to get the the dealer I bought the boat from to change out one of his new boats on order to a dual axle trailer and I would pay him to swap it out with my single axle, they Quoted me $2800. I passed, that seemed a little steep to me.

The single axles go for about 2k. But that does sound a little on the large side. Mebe knot tho.
