    Default Raw Water Pump

Would any one be able to tell me what make the Raw Water Pump is on a 2004 XLV GG..

I have noticed it has started to drip fairly badly when at idle and I believe the seal has probably gone. I am told it’s possible to buy a seal kit for these rather than complete replacement??

Also what make it the ring gear on the flywheel?? Is it possible to replace the ring gear on the flywheel and not replace the whole thing..??

Look forward to hearing your thoughts..

It is a Johnson pump. There is a impeller repair kit available, it includes a impeller, gasket, and seal that installs in the back of the raw water pump. The Indmar part # for this kit is 495001, check with your dealer for pricing. The flywheel is only available as a 1 piece item, the ring seperately is not available. The Indmar part # for the flywheel is 551043. Hope this helps, keep us posted.
