V2 Tower pivot screw

Has anyone had issues with the pivot screw at the base of the V2 tower slowing walking out of place. It has nearly come completely out of its screw hole a number of times, but i have luckily remembered to check it every 30 min or so. I am keeping a large screwdriver in the boat to tighten it back in place, but eventually it creeps back out again. I am thinking something bad would happen if that thing popped out at speed.

Why not use some blue loctite on the threads?

I had same problem with my LSV. Ended up losing one. Found a stainless nut and bolt at Lowe’s. Fit nice and tight, no problem after that!
